While your email address is primarily collected for account management, please note that for UK company formation services, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is required to fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) responsibilities under UK company law. Instantify does not save any PII on our servers. We partner with Veriff for identity verification. Your data will be securely sent to Veriff's servers to help us identify you. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for account management, communication regarding your service, and, if you opt-in, for sending you updates or promotional materials. We do not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Your interactions with the AI (chat conversations, document content, video generation prompts) are processed in real-time and are not stored or retained by us after the session or task is completed. We do not use your data to train our AI models. Documents you upload for processing are handled securely and deleted immediately after processing is finished.
